WordPress powers a large share of the web, which makes it a standing target. Almost every compromise we are called in to clean up traces back to the same handful of causes: a plugin that went months without an update, a weak administrator password, an expired license that quietly stopped delivering security patches, or a host that was never configured for it.
None of that is exotic. It is maintenance. The work is unglamorous, it takes a few hours a month, and skipping it is what turns a working site into a rebuild.

Offsite backups
Stored away from your host, retained on a rolling window, and restore-tested so we know they actually work.
Security hardening and malware scanning
Firewall, login protection, file-change monitoring and scheduled scans, with the findings explained rather than emailed as raw logs.
Uptime monitoring
Checked around the clock. If your site goes down we generally know before you do, and we start work without waiting for a phone call.
Performance and speed
Caching, image optimization and database cleanup, because a slow site costs you rankings and calls at the same time.
Repair when something breaks
Plugin conflicts, white screens, broken layouts after an update, and malware cleanup with a written account of what happened.

How editing is billed
Essential — $95 per hour as needed, billed in 15-minute increments.
Managed — 1 hour included each month, then $85 per hour.
eCommerce and multi-site — 3 hours included each month, then $85 per hour.
Included hours do not roll over. We tell you before a request goes past the included time, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
Questions owners ask first
Do you have to have built our site?
No. We take over existing WordPress and Divi sites regularly. The first step is a free site check, which tells us what condition it is in before either of us commits to anything.
What if the site is already hacked?
We clean it up first as a one-time repair, quoted after we look. Once it is clean and hardened, a maintenance plan is what keeps it that way. We will not put a site on a plan without cleaning it first.
Is hosting included?
No. You keep your own hosting and stay in control of it. We work with whatever host you are on, and we will tell you honestly if the host itself is the problem.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us around the clock. On Essential we begin work the next business day, on Managed the same business day, and on eCommerce and multi-site within four hours.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month. You own the site, the domain, the hosting and the backups, and we hand over credentials within five business days if you leave.
