AI Solutions
Let us help you put AI to work where it makes a real difference
AI pays off when it takes over specific work: quoting, qualifying leads, answering questions, following up. We build the agents, skills and applications that do those jobs, on the platforms you already pay for, and we show you what each one saves you.
Where we start
- A short, friendly audit of the work filling your team's day
- One pilot, small enough to prove itself in weeks
- Plain reporting on what it saved and what it cost
What we build
Four kinds of work we would be glad to take on
We like to start by agreeing on the task and how you will know it worked. If there is no clear way to measure it yet, we will say so and help you find a better place to begin.
AI agents
Agents that take an action, not just answer a question. Booking, qualifying, drafting a quote, updating your CRM, escalating to a human when they should. Built with guardrails and a written record of what they are allowed to do.
Skills and prompt systems
The reusable instructions behind consistent output. We build, document and version the prompts and skills your team uses, so the result does not depend on who is typing and the quality holds as staff change.
AI application development
Custom internal tools and customer-facing applications with AI in the loop: document review, intake triage, research assistants, proposal generation. Built to your requirements and hosted where your data policy allows.
Integration and automation
Connecting AI to the systems you already run, including CRM, help desk, scheduling, email and phone, so output lands in a workflow instead of a chat window no one revisits.
Where it pays
Four functions, and what we actually build for each
Sales
- Lead qualification and routing from web, phone and chat
- Draft proposals and quotes from your own pricing rules
- CRM hygiene, so records get written without a rep doing data entry
- Call and meeting summaries with the next action attached
Customer service
- Answering from your documentation, not from guesswork
- Ticket triage, tagging and priority
- Draft replies a human approves before they send
- Clear handoff rules, so a frustrated customer reaches a person
If you would rather have real people on chat instead, we do that too. See live chat with human agents.
Marketing
- Content production that holds your voice, not a generic one
- Answer engine optimization, so assistants name you in results
- Ad and email variant generation with human review before spend
- Research and competitive monitoring on a schedule
This connects directly to the search work. See local search marketing.
Productivity
- Document and contract review with the exceptions surfaced
- Meeting notes, recaps and follow-up drafting
- Internal search across the files your team keeps re-asking about
- Reporting assembled from your own systems
Platforms
We build on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
Three platforms, deliberately. Knowing all three properly is worth more to you than a list of twenty, and the right one depends on your data policy, what you already license, and what the task actually needs. We will tell you which, and we are not a reseller for any of them.
ChatGPT, from OpenAI
The one most teams have already tried, which makes it a comfortable place to bring some order to what people are doing informally.
- Custom GPTs for a named job, shared across your team
- Projects and saved instructions so output stays consistent
- Agents that call your own systems through connectors
- Business and Enterprise tiers where data handling matters
Claude, from Anthropic
Strong on long documents and on following a written rule closely, which suits review work and anything with a compliance edge.
- Skills: packaged instructions your team reuses by name
- Projects with your own documents as the source of truth
- Tool and system access through the Model Context Protocol
- Long-document review, contracts and intake triage
Gemini, from Google
The obvious fit if your business already runs on Google Workspace, because it sits inside the tools your team is in all day.
- Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet
- Gems: reusable assistants for a specific task
- Grounding in your own Drive files rather than the open web
- Useful where Google Business Profile and local search overlap
Product names are the platforms we build on. They are not endorsements, and no partnership or certification is implied. Features, availability and pricing are set by each vendor and change often, so we confirm what your plan actually includes before we scope anything.
How engagements run
One pilot before one platform
Step 1
Audit
We sit with your team and find the repeated work: what gets asked, retyped and chased. You get a written shortlist ranked by time saved against effort to build.
Step 2
Pilot
We build one thing, on the platform that suits it, with the success measure agreed in advance. Small enough that if it does not work you have lost weeks, not a year.
Step 3
Roll out or stop
If it earned its place, we document it, train your team and extend it. If it did not, we will tell you honestly and you keep the audit. We would rather be straight with you than bill you for something that sits unused.
Questions we are often asked about AI
Do we need to train our own model?
Usually not. Most of what a small or mid-sized business needs runs on models that already exist, with your own documents and rules supplied to them at the point of use. Training a custom model is expensive and rarely the shortest path. If it genuinely is the right answer for your case, we will tell you, and we will tell you what it costs before you commit.
Where does our data go, and is it used for training?
That depends on the platform and the plan, and it is the first thing we settle rather than the last. Some vendors exclude business-tier data from training by default and some do not. We document where your data goes, what is retained and for how long, and we will build on a configuration that matches your policy, including keeping sensitive data out of a third-party model entirely where that is required.
What if the AI gets something wrong in front of a customer?
Yes, and that is why we scope every build with a human in the loop where the cost of being wrong is real. Agents draft, people approve. For anything customer-facing we set explicit limits on what the agent may claim and a rule for when it hands to a person. We also test with your own hard cases before launch rather than with demo questions.
How long does this take, and what does it cost?
A useful pilot is normally weeks, not months, because it is deliberately one task. The audit comes first and is quick. We quote each engagement after that conversation, since an agent that updates a CRM and a full internal application are not the same job.
Who owns what you build?
You own the prompts, the skills, the configuration and the documentation, the same as our web work. If you leave, you keep what we built and the notes on how it works. Platform subscriptions stay in your own accounts, in your name.
What if AI is not the right answer for us?
Then we will say so. Plenty of businesses get more from fixing their listings, their site speed or their follow-up process than from adding AI on top. The audit is honest about that, and it is the same principle we apply to every other service we sell.
Tell us the job, not the technology
Tell us about the work filling your team's week. We will let you know whether AI is the right tool for it, which platform fits, and what a pilot would involve, before you spend anything.
